Just a quick reminder that due to a change in State statue a few years ago, the June end of month pay date for both bi-weekly and monthly employees has been changed.
Employees paid monthly will be paid on July 1 instead of June 30.
Employees paid bi-weekly will be paid on July 1 instead of June 20.
Employees who have questions or concerns about automatic deductions from their accounts must contact their banks and creditors directly. The Credit Union of Colorado will honor all automatic debits scheduled from June 20 through June 30, 2008 for its state employee members who have direct deposit or payroll deductions with them. This means that if a member has an automatic payment that is deducted on the 30th from a Credit Union of Colorado checking or savings account, it will be paid when received. No special requests are needed from members regarding scheduled payments affected by the pay date shift.
