The Focus: Using Aristotle's ethical concept of the "Golden Mean" as a framework, participants will solve example communication challenges frequently encountered by online instructors with online students, colleagues, and support staff. Additionally, participants will see a review of D2L features for communicating with students and have an opportunity to ask questions about these tools.
