SecondLife Webinar

Mark your May calendars for this great upcoming Webinar to be held at the NROC Network Commons (www.nrocnetwork.org). A limited number of seats are available, so register today!

Thursday, May 17 - 2:00 p.m. Eastern time (11:00 a.m. Pacific) -Virtual Environments for Online Education: A Look at Second Life, moderated by Cheryl Comstock and Lisa Cheney-Steen, CCCOnline. RSVP by Tuesday, May 15.

To register, please send an email to info@montereyinstitute.org and we will send you a confirmation with the details for accessing the webinar. Seats will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

To fully participate, you will need a speaker and a microphone. If you do not have a microphone, you are still welcome to listen. The session will be recorded for members to access at the Network after the live event.

We have tentative plans to follow this webinar with a meeting in SecondLife on May 31st. So set up your avatar and get ready to visit some islands!

We will also try to re-schedule this webinar and the meeting in SecondLife for second dates in July or August.
